Brand New to this, Help Please, Page is up but not working correctly.

I have never used php before so this is my first time.
I was able to get directories setup but I seem to be doing something wrong apparently with the configuration since my page is only showing red x's.
But if I click on 1 of the 4 boxes with red x's the picture shows up but I still have alot of red x's around.
Is there a document somewhere that explains in detail how to go through configuration?
Someone please help me here....I'm lost!!!

I just checked your phpinfo
I just checked your phpinfo page, you are missing GD2 Library for PHP. Ask your administrator to install/enable it.

Thanks...He checked and said you were right, it wasn't loading so he is working on getting that fixed tonight.

and made to folers
what else i need to do. and where is admin so i can add pictures etc afterwards
