I put a picture from my camera into the photos_????/test directory. It appears to have been found after a directory scan. However no version of the image is every displayed, only a red X where the picture should be.
I'm getting the following in the error log:
array_slice(): The first argument should be an array
/photos/main.php (Line:980)
I'm running:
PHP Version 4.3.11
phpAlbum_v0.4.1.14.fix03
GD Version: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
This is on a Yahoo! hosted web site.

I think this must me related to some memory usage issue. The original image was 3008 x 2000. If I half the image size it starts working.

im on yahoo to and im having the same problem.
1) How did you half the size? what program did you use (did you lose any quality)?
2) Do you know the the max (0x0) size allowed?

edit: got mine working
im usint 800x600 with 75 quality
and im using http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize
with PhotoResize800x600NIMCROEQ75 as my settings
