Pictures Not Displaying

Hello,
I've just installed the phpalbum - love it btw.
I've changed everything, etc etc.. however now
when I scan dir's it comes up with my 4 pictures.
However they all have red X's. I can't see any
of them. Any ideas?
This could have many
This could have many reasons, one of them is if you do not have GD2 Library installed in your PHP. Other most popular reason is that your memory limit is too small so only smaller pictures can be viewed, but this is probably not the case, as the pictures which comes with PA if you used Installer are quite small...
So check your phpinfo page, if GD2 is there

Yes it's there.. but inside the php.ini file it wasn't uncommeneted.
