I really need your favor or hand in creating the own own forum via the php script.
I would like to know the process each stages in build it up and the script of it.
Any further, i also need the actual site of php script in creating forum...

There are lots of free open
There are lots of free open source php forums (not sure if the creator of phpAlbum has created one of these) but I recently found http://www.bbpress.org which was easier than most for a beginner to install and use.
I've never really worked with php before but I suppose you could learn a little by tinkering around with your own installation.
