SWF FILE as Gallery Logo

Hello!
I am trying to use an animation made in flash as the gallery logo (which is now logo.png).
as i am totally unfamilliar with PHP, i have no clue where to edit the files, so my flash banner gets shown instead of the static png logo picture...
is it possible to do that?
