What happened? Site stopped working

It was working a couple months ago when I checked on it last, and now as you can see, its kinda screwy. Did something get deleted on me?

I tried reinstalling, and
I tried reinstalling, and refreshed the page and it still stayed the same, but yeah, looks like it works fine now. Just have to fix up Lightbox and itll be back to normal. Thanks!
