Image name display only with short description

I was wondering if there is a way to display the image name only if it has a short description? Most of my photos have names like. ado1234.jpg, ado1235.jpg and so on. It would be nice to only display the images that have a short description cause the original file names are not very nice to look at.

Look at the option
Look at the option Setup->Themes->"Show Filenames", exactly what you need, just uncheck this and save the configuration.
