Galleries assigned to groups does schow but photos doesn't show up

Hi at all,
a gallery, i want not to be seen by everyone, i've assigned to "friends"-group and everyone, that should see this gallery has got "friends"-status.
Now, when I log on with the username/password of my friends on my PC, everything is allright, i can see the gallery and the photos inside, but all of my friends, who should have access to the gallery report, that the can see the specified gallery, but no photos inside.
Could it have something to do with cookies settings on their PC or what goes wrong?

this is almost impossible, either you should see the directory AND photos or nothing ... it would be interesting to find out what is wrong with that, who knows may be it is some bug.

I've tried myself to deactivate cookies and I had the same problem, my friends reported: When I clicked on a gallery assigned to a group, phpAlbum returned to the page, a not logged in guest would see. If reactivate cookies again, everything is allright.
