FIXED:
- apostrophes related bug, this were several bugs which made impossible to use filenames with apostrophes
- EXIF Date/Time was not taken from OriginalDateTime, now it is handled correctly
NEW:
- you can now set up in "Comments and Voting" set-up section, that comments will be published only after approving them by admin
