Just one point i am missing, is that i can not click somwhere to go to the NEXT picture. But i am sure you will manage this also , and may be for you it is ok and this is how you like it:)

The navigation menu is something I am very happy with. Note that it is only one image, all done with CSS.
Yes, Linking to the next picture is on my to-do list.
The videos took me a while to get going. I convert the origional video (whatever format it may be) to DV-AVI format. I then encode it to FLV format using Adobe Flash Encoder. From here I import the FLV file into Adobe Flash, and export the SWF file. It seems like alot, but once you do a few it is pretty easy.
Finally, I embed the SWF file with SWFObject. It is a small Javascript file used for embedding Adobe Flash content.
I would like to compliment you on your album script. It is easy to install, manage and to incorporate into my own site. Its great!
