can't see main setup page

Hi,
I just tried the 0.4.1 beta version on my local apache test server and the setup page only allows me to enter a user name and password but does not show the rest of the setup options for configuring phpAlbum. Anyone know what might be wrong?

Try login as user admin with
Try login as user admin with password admin. This is a default admin user. You should change password after that...
