Move Login Form from Album home to Setup page

Hi,
I'd move the Login Form (name, password, register new user,...) from the header of Album Home to the Setup Page where there's My account.
How can I do this?
can I move login form PHP code from "album.tpl.php" file to "main_setup.php" file?
