Setup Menu doesn't work

Hello I installed latest version whichis fix06. I have used your program (an earlier version) which worked fine except the upload manager)but the rest of the program did work OK, however I wanted to update so I installed your latest version, hoping you had fixed it so the Upload manager works.

Your progam worked OK until I log in to 'Setup'. The usual Account menu came up,but only shows "Account" - there are no other menu selections below it and I can't go any further with setting up the photoalbum on my site. What am I doing wrong. I have Windows Vista; do you think that Vista is causing some kind of error with your program?
