Installatie problem

After installation i did:

•Now you can call your site www.your-site.com/phpAlbum, you should get clear phpAlbum Site where you see Login link. Click on this and login with default administrator user admin which has password admin

But i get for the secondtime:

Welcome to phpAlbum 0.4.1.14
You have to edit config_change_it.php and rename it to config.php.
You have to define data directory, because of security issues it is recommended that this is not data/ but something like "data_Ab6Lkj88KJ/"

I allready changed the config filname but still i get the begin screen and not the album. Whats wrong?
