Problem changing Photo Parameters In Setup: on Galleries page

On the 3rd Album which I set up (directory), 1st and 2nd Album worked OK - not the third sorry to say.

I tried to change from 'default' to 'custom' setting (in drop-down menu) under "Custom or Default" I get an error message from the script execution as:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/yeomanbe/public_html/rakirsch/photoalbum/phpdatabase.php(526) : runtime-created function on line 1

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /home/yeomanbe/public_html/rakirsch/photoalbum/phpdatabase.php on line 679

I can't changed to custom on this gallery/directory.
