Guest permisions to "Galleries" is not working

Hello,

I've completely disabled permisions to "guest" (as you can see at screenshot), but phpAlbum is still accessible. What exactly access right "Galleries" does mean? There's no description of permisions in permision page. I've also checked documentation but found nothing.

Simply: I want to completely disable access guests to main gallery (root), but I'm not able to do that. How it could be done?
