No picture - No Logo

Hello

I got a strange issue.
Just after install, i launch my web browser adn i got no images.
Also the phpAlbum logo does not load.
I tried to put images in photos directory, thumbnails don't show up, every images are broken links.
If i clic on the broken link of my photo to see original, then original appear.

As you can see in the screenshot, there no logo, and logo is a broken link.
