E-card Problem need help ( Hello #TO_NAME,) what do I replace it with

Hi can you help me the program is great but I can't get the e-card to work. I did the link but the emails don't I think changed some thing #name_ can you see whats wrong.

Hello,

what is exactly your problem? E-Mailing has to be correctly configured so that php email functions works. Do you get some emails? Or only the content of e-mails is not correct?

That is my problem How do you config e mail I tried writing the email where the name is but nothing worked. do I have to set it up somewhere else. or do you need to set up a pop3. and do you remove #to_name or just give me wht should be written in that spot Example I even tried to e amail it to my self did not work. I'm pretty good with computers I could do it in scripts but it won't work there either. Do I have to go into a setup file and change anything.
