icons not appearing

Hi , first of all what a great program , i was up and running very quickly .. one thing though is that i the pages never display the icons , i think the permissions are correct as i used the installer but still no icons .. any ideas ??

check your phpinfo if you have installed GD2 Library, which is needed to manipulate pictures.
